The European Commission on 10 May 2006 adopted a 'policy agenda for Europe’s citizens'. This was the Commission’s contribution to the June 2005 European Council, incorporating the messages it had received from Plan D and the national debates during the period of reflection called for by Europe’s leaders in 2005. The paper was adopted as a Communication entitled 'The Period of reflection and Plan D', COM(2006) 212. |
