Iraq offers half gas needed for Nabucco

Article reports that Iraq offered July 2009 to supply enough gas to fill half the capacity of the proposed Nabucco pipeline, giving the project a boost even as heads of government met in Ankara on the 13 July 2009 to sign a historic agreement approving the plan.
