Press Release: Data sought from emissions trading scheme members to help pave the way for phase two of the EU ETS

Operators across the United Kingdom were asked for data, on 6 March 2006, which would help determine the number of allowances for the UK's National Allocation Plan for the second phase of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme, which begins in 2008. Operators were also given the opportunity to apply for Phase II Allocation Methodology Rules.
