On 9 June 2010 EIB set a funding volume target of €70bn for 2010, from an initially announced €80bn. This revised figure remains fully consistent with the objectives committed to by EIB in its support for the European recovery plan. EIB is already well advanced with its funding and has raised €39bn in 2010, representing over 55% of the €70bn target. In 2009, EIB raised €79.4bn. |
