Greenhouse gas targets set to be met, says report

According to the findings of new research released by the (UK) Institute of Public Policy Research on 27 December 2005, amongst European countries only the UK and Sweden will meet their commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions under the Kyoto Protocol on climate change.
