Prodi signals hard line on applicants

Report of a wide-ranging interview with European Commission President Prodi. Interview covers the success so far of his Presidency. In addition, he suggests that public opinion in existing EU Member States might slow down the process of EU enlargement and that it was important that applicant countries kept strictly to agreements made especially in the areas of agriculture and the free movement of labour.
