Tories renew calls to veto charter of rights

The UK Conservative Party says that the UK Government should veto the proposed Charter of Fundamental Rights after Europe Minister Keith Vaz concedes that even if the Charter is not legally incorporated into the Treaties it is bound to affect judgments in the European Court of Justice.
