CAA connection to Eurobases closed

The Common Access Agent connection route to the Commission's host computer in Luxembourg for Eurobases databases closed on 1 April 1999 - and, no, this is not a belated April Fool's joke! It is worth noting that CELEX on the Internet now offers the possibility of bilingual display but only when the text display, format 2 option is used. It is simple to switch between languages by clicking on a different language button.
