Consumer Voice:
DG XXIV of the Commission (Consumer Policy and Consumer Health Protection) have replaced the newsletter Info-C with a new quarterly journal called Consumer Voice. The journal presents short features on issues of current consumer interest, including features by people from outside the European Commission. The articles are more substantial than in Info-C and the journal is made more attractive with the use of photography and colour. Its disadvantage is that articles appear in French, English or German, with only a brief summary in the other two languages.
