Blair cannot rely on industry backing

Leading UK industry organisations, the Confederation of British Industry and the British Chambers of Commerce, have told the Financial Times that UK Prime Minister Tony Blair has not convinced them of the case for a European Constitution and cannot count on their support in his campaign for a Yes vote in a UK referendum in 2006.
