The European Commission on 22 September 2005 cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of the Czech company VVT by the Czech company Trinecké zelezàrny. The Commission concluded that the proposed merger would not substantially impede competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any significant part of it. |
