Vitamin sellers fight EU rules on supplements

The British Health Food Manufacturers' Association, the (UK) National Association of Health Food Stores and the (UK) Alliance for Natural Health are challenging in the European Court of Justice the European Union's 2002 Directive on food supplements. An initial advisory opinion is due from one of the Court's Advocate-Generals on 5 April 2005.
