Industrial relations in the airline sector

This comparative study looks at recent developments in the European airline industry. It considers employment; the situation of national carriers; the main trade union and employers' organisations; the structure and content of collective bargaining; and the impact of low-cost airlines on industrial relations. The study was compiled on the basis of individual national reports submitted by the European Industrial Relations Observatory's national centres.
