The European Commissioner for Regional Policy, Danuta Hübner, presented on 17 May 2005 the 'Third Progress Report on Cohesion'. The report describes the state of the regions in the enlarged European Union in terms of levels of income, employment and productivity. It also provides information on the ways that Member States and regions have used the opportunity of the mid-term review of the Structural Funds to make adjustments to their development programmes. |
