This session on 'New approaches in occupational safety and health policy: Identifying priorities and setting targets' was organised by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work and was aimed at presenting the Community Strategy on Health and Safety at Work 2002-2006 together with national strategies and programmes in Europe and Australia. It was part of the 6th International Congress on Work Injuries Prevention, Rehabilitation and Compensation, which took place in Rome from 30 November to 3 December 2004.
