Ministers and senior officials from the 46 member states of the Council of Europe met in Oslo to discuss how to tackle the problem of violence in everyday life. The meeting, which took place from 7 to 9 November 2004, marked the culmination of three years' work within the framework of a special project, set up by the Council, to look at all aspects of the problem. |
