Annual conference 2004

Javier Solana, High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), opened Annual Conference of the EU Institute for Security Studies in Paris on 10 September 2004. His speech focused on recent developments in European security policy and made an assessment of CFSP and European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP) since the Cologne European Council of June 1999.
