Implementation of new EU regulations on transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Consultation document

The UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs began a consultation on 24 May 2004, relating to the administering and enforcing in England of Regulation (EC) No 1946/2003 on transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Deadline for responses: 16 August 2004. The Scottish Executive, the Welsh Assembly Government and the Department for Environment for Northern Ireland would issue separate consultation documents on the administration and enforcement of the Regulation within their own jurisdictions.
