Putin calls new Nato ‘unhelpful’

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said the expansion of Nato will not help meet security challenges facing the world today. Report of comments made on 8 April by President Putin during a visit to Russia by NATO Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.
