MEPs set to accept UK PM’s budget demands

Preview and reports of a meeting held in Brussels on the 11 November 2010 between Members of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union to negotiate a final agreement on the 2011 budget of the EU.

Article reports that the European Parliament was set to embrace the tight 2011 budget championed by David Cameron, the UK Prime Minister and other EU Member State governments, but was demanding concessions in return that would give it a stronger say over future European Union spending.
