Nordic cooperation in the EU 2003

The purpose of this report is to give an outline of Nordic (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) cooperation in the new European landscape. Special emphasis is placed on cooperation with our neighbours in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Northwest Russia.
