Range of products in EU’s sights over steel dispute

Article considers the World Trade Organisation's Appellate Body ruling of 10 November 2003 that the United States had violated international trade rules by imposing tariffs on steel imports in 2002. Retaliatory measures threatened by the European Commission could include goods from steel products to sunglasses and castanets.
