The first comprehensive study of Brussels decision-making in the merger area since European Union Competition Commissioner Mario Monti took up his post in late 1999 has been carried out by academics at Oxford University and law firm, Allen & Overy. The study concludes that the European Commissioner and Mr Monti show no bias when making merger decisions. |
