This consultation paper seeks views on the UK Government's and Devolved Administrations' report to the European Commission on Plans and Programmes to meet the ambient air quality limit values for pollutants set under the First Air Quality Daughter Directive (1999/30/EC), produced in accordance with requirements under the Air Quality Framework Directive (1996/62/EC). Deadline for responses: 19 February 2004.
