Press Release: Commission calls on Council to take new steps to reinforce relations with Mediterranean partners

The European Commission proposed on 15 October 2003 the establishment of a Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue of Cultures, a Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly and a fully fledged subsidiary of the European Investment Bank (EIB) building.
