Press Release: EU must improve performance to match US start-up rates

The UK Minister for Small Business, Nigel Griffiths, called on European countries to step up progress to match US levels of entrepreneurship, when he addressed the 48th World Conference of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) in Northern Ireland on 16 June 2003.
