Press Release: Cullen announces whole national territory for nitrates directive

The Irish Minister for the Environment and Local Government, Martin Cullen, announced on 3 June 2003, that he had made regulations identifying the whole national territory as the area for which an action programme would be established and applied in accordance with the EU Nitrates Directive.
