Consultation paper on the implementation of the revised large combustion plants directive

This paper was produced jointly by the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, the Department of the Environment (Northern Ireland) and the Welsh Assembly Government. It is about the way in which the UK should implement the revised Large Combustion Plants Directive (2001/80/EC) for plants first licensed before 1 July 1987. It covers England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Deadline for responses: 29 September 2003.
