Busquin offers help to industry in promoting role of women in research

Philippe Busquin, European Commissioner for Research, has called on businesses to take up the issue of promoting women in industrial research with a view to putting it on the agenda of the Italian Presidency of the EU, beginning on 1 July 2003.
