The WTO, on 16 January 2003, released an Appellate Body report (DS217/AB/R, DS234/AB/R) upholding a Panel's finding that the US Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000 is inconsistent with certain provisions of the WTO agreements on anti-dumping and on subsidies because it is a specific action against dumping or a subsidy.
