Rome trio’s thumbs down to europhoria

The introduction of euro notes and coins has been greeted enthusiastically in most of the eurozone. However, in Italy three senior figures in Silvio Berlusconi's government see the new currency as an irrelevance and perhaps even a danger in the European economy.
