The Spanish General Secretary for Education and Vocational Training at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, Isabel Couso, inaugurated the European Programme of adult basic skills in Madrid on 25 November 2002. This programme brought together experts from six European Union countries, with the aim of exchanging information and ideas to improve adult vocational training in the European Union. |
