El ministro Arias reitera la necesidad de la plena integración de España en la Política Común de Pesca [Minister Arias reiterates the need for Spain to be fully integrated in the Common Fisheries Policy]

At the Council of Agriculture and Fisheries Ministers in Brussels on 28 November 2002, the Spanish Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Miguel Arias Cañete, reaffirmed the need for Spain to be fully integrated in the Common Fisheries Policy. He also reported on the damage caused to the Spanish fishing industry by the sinking of the 'Prestige' off the coast of Galicia in November 2002.
