Editorial in the house journal of the Eurosceptic 'European Foundation' is horrified by the European Commission's suggestion in its June 2006 Communication 'The Hague Programme: the way forward' to extend the 'Community method' of decision making to Third Pillar topics. It says the UK Conservative Party should make a clean break from the European People's Party in the European Parliament.
