The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) drew up two Opinions, studying the waste strategy and the natural resources strategy, which are two of the seven Thematic Strategies under the 6th Environment Action Programme. These two strategies were closely interlinked since waste represents the last phase in the life cycle of a resource. |
