Press Release: Danuta Hübner in West Netherlands: ‘Cohesion policy is a cornerstone of the EU’s growth and jobs strategy’

Report/preview of a two-day visit of the European Commissioner for Regional Policy, Danuta Hübner, to the Netherlands, 15-16 June 2006. In the course of the visit the Commissioner was planning to lead the European Commission delegation for a high-level meeting with the Dutch authorities on 16 June. The meeting was to take stock of implementation so far of the Dutch National Reform Programme under the EU’s Lisbon Strategy for Growth and Jobs and look at how the Dutch authorities intended to update their programme.
