Press Release: Cooperation between cities and regions crucial for jobs and growth, Danuta Hübner tells Barcelona conference

Report from the Conference 'Preparing Urban Actions in the Future Structural Fund Programmes 2007-2013', in Barcelona. During her opening speech on 1 June 2006 the European Commissioner for Regional Policy, Danuta Hübner, said that the new Cohesion policy meant growth and quality jobs for those towns and cities which would establish partnerships with their regions.
