More than 120 enthusiastic volunteers have been hard at work on nearly 100 nature reserves in Wales over the last three years – and have made some major improvements that will benefit wildlife, local people and visitors for years to come.
The Countryside Council for Wales and European Union funded the £3.2 million improvements to nature reserves, in some of Wales’ most deprived areas.
