Building stronger businesses: An overview of the TurnAround Management and Business Advisory Services Programmes

The TurnAround Management and Business Advisory Services programmes are business development programmes supported by the EBRD. There are strong parallels between the work of the TAM and BAS programmes and the investment priorities of the EBRD, which may invest in companies after a TAM or BAS project ends.
