Danish labour model may help EU

Denmark's ranking among the most competitive countries in the world and an unemployment rate of just 5% are attracting attention in the European Union. Many countries are interested to see whether Danish 'flexicurity' - balancing flexibility for employers to hire and fire with social security and training for employees - is a model for the rest of Europe.
