Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro to break visa barrier

EurActiv reports that the European Commission would propose during July 2009 to allow citizens of Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia to travel to the EUc without visas from the start of 2010, while Albania and Bosnia would follow later in 2010.
