Microsoft called to account on 2004 ruling

The long-running antitrust dispute between the European Commission and Microsoft will carry into 2006. The European Commission issued on 22 December 2005 a Statement of Objections against Microsoft for its failure to comply with certain of its obligations under the March 2004 Commission decision.
