Industry may yet weather climate change levy

Signs are emerging that complaints from manufacturers about anomolies in the climate change levy may yet bear fruit. Although UK Treasury ministers say there is no question of changing the basic outline of the tax, efforts are being made to find a less risible method of enforcing it.
