Press Release: Defra announces new targets for packaging waste

New targets announced on 23 November 2005 by the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), the Welsh Assembly Government and the Scottish Executive mean that more packaging waste will be recycled in period leading up to 2010.
