On 21.6.00 the European Commission decided that the unnotified State aid amounting to FF 100 Million (€15,244,902) implemented by France for restructuring the company Manufacture Corrézienne de Vêtements (MCV) is incompatible with the Common Market. France must take all necessary measures to recover the aid unlawfully made available to the beneficiary
