But Czech Foreign Minister Jan Kavan said the meeting would be cancelled if blockades in Austria in protest at the recent opening of the Soviet-designed plant at Temelin resumed. Anti-nuclear demonstrators have blocked Austria/Czech borders in anger over the launch of the plant, located about 50 kilometres over the Czech border. Austrians are concerned the plant does not meet safety standards.
