Now in its 13th edition, this carefully researched guide is the most up-to-date information source available for contacts within the European Union institutions. This edition includes all the most up-to-date details of the European Commission since the June 1999 elections. The first part of the handbook focuses on the institutions of the European Union, providing information on structure and contact details.
