Industrial production. EU industrial production trend fell by 0.2% in the period February-April of 1999 compared to the previous three months. Output advanced in Finland (2.1%) and Greece (1.1%) and declined in Germany and UK (both - 1.0%) In USA industrial production was up 0.9% and in Japan up 0.3%.
