1998 Competition report. The Commission has adopted the 28th Report on Competition Policy, which gives an account of the main developments in 1998 in the various branches of Community competition policy, namely antitrust, merger and state aid. The 1998 report focuses, in particular, on international aspects of Community policy on competition.
