EU legislation: Taxefficiency

EU legislation:
Tax efficiency. The Commission has presented a proposal for a Directive to ensure that taxpayers cannot evade tax claims established in one Member State by moving themselves or their assets to another Member State. The proposal brings up to date the obligations on Member States to help each other, with the aim of ensuring a united approach by the tax administrations of Europe against those who refuse to pay their taxes.
